Dr. Jimmie D. Brewer is the lead consultant with J.D. Brewer Consulting. He has a comprehensive human development background in education, non-profit organizations, and private counseling and consulting. He holds an undergraduate degree in business, two graduate degrees in religious studies, and a doctorate in communication. His work experience includes several years in senior administration and teaching at two universities in leadership and communication.

Working with organizations and boards in the field of human development and with individuals in their own personal and professional development from practically every state in the United States and several foreign countries, Dr. Brewer has conducted thousands of transition consultations. During these years he has developed exceptional skills in listening and focusing on the perspective and the context of others.

Using his experience, training, and giftings, he helps clients develop a Transition Plan designed to enable organizations and individuals to move to new opportunities.
 
Serving others has always been central in his professional and personal life. He has been active in non-profit boards, local church leadership, and in service organizations. Currently, he serves as President of his local club in Rotary International.
