INTERVIEWS AND ANALYSES
We work with institutions and individuals who are in transition.  For a host of reasons, it is typical that they believe there are great opportunities for them, but are not able to make the steps from where they are to these great opportunities.  That is where our consulting comes in.  We are transition consultants, helping institutions and individuals build bridges from their present situations – to new opportunities.  During these interviews and analyses, much time is spent on visioning more clearly these opportunities and roughing out a basic transition paradigm.    

THE TRANSITION PLAN
Following the interviews and analyses, we provide a detailed contract proposal. The proposal will outline a formal Transition Plan and the role of J.D. Brewer Consulting in the transition.

IMPLEMENTATION
The approval of a Transition Plan is just the beginning.  We work with our clients in a variety of roles and help them with leadership and cultural change as they implement the Transition Plan.  We also carefully monitor the progress of the Transition Plan in order to address any necessary corrections and to enable maximum success.

POST-TRANSITION
Following the completing of a successful Transition Plan, we continue to be available to our clients for consulting on a retainer, project, or hourly basis.
